The sixties have been all about the aesthetic development of the nation through the detailed storytelling done by the institutions like NSD and IIFT. This has molded the presentability, resulting in the image we have of India today.This time for Devika is focused on delivering the homes constructed with quality and aesthetics which resonated with the families they were made for, one-of-a-kind, just like every family.

The 1970s was the decade for establishing Devika in the commercial landscape, by creating landmark buildings for the capital of the country.

DECADE OF TRIUMPH
This decade was an emblem for India in conquering the various sports arenas right from the Cricket World Cup to winning Gold in the Olympics for Hockey, the songs of triumph that struck a patriotic thunder in our hearts. In this victorious moment, Devika glorified its expansion further by building 4 more commercial towers and a 14-story residential space that was developed in Ghaziabad.

REJUVENATION
As the country opened its doors to the world, Devika opened its doors to creating one-of-a-kind farmhouses, delivering 600 farmhouses around the National Capital Region.

NEW MILLENIUM

With the dawn of the new Millenium, Devika embarked on a journey to create thoughtfully constructed living spaces, constructing 2 such properties in Ghaziabad.
  • 2006 The residential complex Devika Living Legends was constructed.
  • 2008 The township Devika Skypers was constructed.

PRISTINE
The foundational period where India set on a new sail in the digital dimension changing the face of mankind. This new generation of lifestyle was when Devika established a residential complex in Noida along with numerous farmhouses in Delhi.
  • 2015 The residential complex Devika Eye Ring was constructed in Noida.
  • 2016 16.5 acres of farmhouses were developed along MG Road, Delhi.

QUINTESSENTIAL
Devika Group made it possible to create a commercial space in the epitome of the oldest and the biggest wholesale market in Asia, known as the Sadar Bazaar. Devika blended the modern facilities with a 600-year-old legacy encompassing an everlasting vision to preserve the assets of this Nation.
